Reboot

When? 48 hours, spring 2022

What? This was an exam business design. In this exam we were to create a service that could potentially be disruptive. To help us create this we had a dive into "job to be done" method, disruptive innovation, businessmodel canvas and value configurations.

In these presentation foils you'll find our key insights that we got via interviews, observations, research and a survey. I've also included our "job to be done", persona, user journeys and prototype of final result.
