Lastly for this project we made suggestions to how a road map for Gründerhaven could look like, as well as suggestions to how we could mesure the success of the concept. We also made a list of things we would have focused on going forward with this project if we had more time.

As a part of this project we also wanted to make a prediction of the value of our product. The baseline of this project was to create something that could bring value both to entrepreneurs/users as well as DNB themselves. 

We also made a overview of the potential risks we saw with our concept.

We explored how DNB can expand their existing service offering, which involves helping new businesses in the start-up phase via their existing service "Oppstartslosen".

Oppstartslosen is a service that helps new businesses on how to get established, how to handle business finances, setting up plans and budgets, testing their idea etc.

"Grünerhaven" - Project for DNB

When? 5 weeks, spring 2022

What? This was an exam done as a project for the Norwegian bank DNB. In this exam we were to focus on one of the sustainability goals of UN, whereas we chose number 8: "Decent work and economic growth". We wanted to further develop DNB's focus on entrepreneurs and start-ups by making a service that benefited both DNB and start-up companies.


Who? This was a collaborative exam done by myself, Åsne Kvisgaard and Aksel Grimstad.

During the insight phase we did in-depth interviews with entrepreurs who had experience with DNB's Oppstartslosen, entrepreneurs who had started their own company a long time ago and had woth succeeded and not succeeded, as well as people who were still in the startup phase and people interested in starting their own company.

We also did a lot of research on DNB's oppstartslosen and other services that offered help for start-ups and entrepreneurs.

Based on the information we gathered from this research we chose 3 key insights that is presented below. We also made what we chose to name "Gründeraksen" - which is an axis that shows the different types/groups of entrepreneurs, wehere we chose to focus on one group to further define our scope. 

Lastly we made a persona, a status quo user journey and a final problem statement based on our interviews and research.

For our concept we ended up creating a simple clickable prototype to show and explain our concept which is shown in the next few slides below. We created an extension of DNB's Oppstartslosen that we chose to name "Gründerhaven" where entrepreneurs could create their own digital profiles of their businesses and create a network through this.

Based on our concept we made a future version of the user journey map  of how we predict the user journey will change when our user has access to the service "Gründerhaven".
